Digital Marketing Specialist
Organizational Description
The Digital Marketing Strategist works closely with the Head of Marketing to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for the firm and its network of agents. This role collaborates with other members of the marketing team to identify target audiences, evaluate marketing opportunities, and create campaigns tailored to the needs of both the firm and its agents.
The strategist also manages the firm’s digital presence across websites, internal communication platforms, and social media. Additionally, they conduct marketing consultations with new and existing associates to recommend marketing strategies and resources that support growth and help achieve defined KPIs.
Description of Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and lead marketing consultations to identify best practices for agents and DBAs
- Provide strategic input to support the firm’s overall marketing plan
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for:
- Vision Financial Group
- The Establishment
- Individual agents and DBAs
- Design integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand standards and values
- Coordinate digital advertising placements across social media and other digital platforms
- Track and analyze campaign performance, manage KPIs, and adjust tactics as needed
Content Creation & Media
- Support content creation for both the firm and agents, including:
- Graphic design
- Short-form video production
- Assist in social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and copywriting for:
- Vision Financial Group
- The Establishment
- Making Memories That Last Forever
- Individual agent accounts
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance website updates for all DBA’s
- Assist with new agent social media set up
- Assist agents with compliance guidelines on social media pages
Qualifications
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Possesses well-developed interpersonal skills and can communicate with Agents and staff.
- Efficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere and After Effects)
- Experience in graphic design
- Experienced in social media management
- Google Ads Experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Experience with Integrated Marketing Communication planning
Main Working Relationships
Head of Marketing. Reports to the Head of Marketing. Works independently in implementation activities, and cooperatively with the Director of Marketing in creating marketing strategies.
Unit Sales Managers and Associates. Pro-actively and enthusiastically responds to requests for support and marketing initiative aid. Aids associates in developing a brand and marketing strategy.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours
This is a full-time on-site position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Travel occasionally required for meetings in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse core and off-site offices.
