HEAD OF OPERATIONS – WESTERN NY
I’m an operations leader at Vision Financial Group (VFG), where I’ve spent 16+ years building systems and processes that help teams operate efficiently and serve clients well. As a member of VFG’s senior leadership team, I oversee Western New York office operations and support the Advice & Solutions team. My team helps financial advisors with planning, case consultation, and sales strategy, so they can deliver stronger advice and build deeper client relationships.
Born in Odessa, Ukraine and raised in the U.S. since 2000, I bring an adaptable approach to leadership. I’m active in the Buffalo financial community, serving in administrative leadership roles for FPA of Western New York, CFA Society Buffalo, and the Estate Planning Council of WNY. I also do bookkeeping and operational consulting for a small handful of clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, travel, photography, and fitness — I earned my pro card in an all-natural bodybuilding competition in 2017.
