Joseph L. DiLeo is dedicated to providing clients with the professional and individual attention necessary to help them achieve their financial goals as well as ongoing service as their needs change.
Mr. DiLeo is a former President of the St. Margaret’s Catholic Youth Organization and the 1998 President of the Western New York General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA). He is the recipient of the 1985 Manus Christi Award for Outstanding Youth Leadership and a Certificate of Merit presented by the Western New York District of the United States Attorney’s office. He is a volunteer with the Buffalo Olmstead Park Conservancy, the Leaf Bud Program, and serves on the Advisory Board of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
As the General Agent with MassMutual New York State, Mr. DiLeo has over 27 years of experience in the insurance industry. He and his staff specialize in providing professionals, business owners and individuals with life insurance, annuities, and various investment products through MML Investors Services. Active in industry and community associations, he is a member of both the national and local Association of Life Underwriters. Joseph achieved numerous distinctions at Mutual of New York (MONY), including President’s Council and Top Club in 2004. Joseph is the recipient of the MONY Presidents’ Cup awarded for agency excellence in 2003. He is also a member of the industry’s prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. Joseph has been recognized as one of Business First’s 40 under 40 in 2016 and is a member of the 2007 class of Leadership Buffalo. His organization was nominated for Best Places to Work in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. He served as a Past President of MassMutual’s General Agent Association (GAX) from 2016-2017. Joseph was also recognized as a Business First Buffalo 612’ C-Level Executive in 2016.
Joseph and his wife, Rosemary, have four children: Joseph, Marc, Alexandra, and Giuliana. Their family lives in Williamsville, New York.
