Drew brings a strong foundation of leadership, service, and industry expertise to his role at VFG. A proud graduate of Marist University, he completed ROTC training through both Marist and Fordham University before commissioning into the United States Army. During his military service, he held several leadership roles, including Platoon Leader during a 2009 deployment to Iraq—an experience that shaped his commitment to teamwork, accountability, and mission-focused execution.
Drew began his financial services career with MassMutual in 2008 and has since built an accomplished track record across the industry. He has served in key positions within Broker Dealer, National Sales, and Distribution organizations, earning a reputation for strategic insight and collaborative leadership. His career progressed to Assistant Vice President supporting the Penn Mutual career system and ultimately to Managing Partner in New England.
In 2024, Drew returned to the MassMutual family as part of the Baystate Financial Group leadership team, bringing a renewed focus on advisor development, organizational culture, and sustainable growth. His industry knowledge, operational acumen, and people-first approach make him a valuable addition to VFG as the firm continues to invest in its advisors and future.
Outside the office, Drew and his wife, Lisa, enjoy life with their son Eddie and daughter June and are excited to welcome their third child in April. As a family, they stay active in their community, especially through coaching and helping manage their kids’ sports teams—extending the same dedication to teamwork and development that defines Drew’s professional leadership.
