After graduating college, Geoff’s first year of professional experience was doing pension administration for a local firm. Quickly realizing that he wanted more active involvement with clients, he moved into the advisement side of the business following in his father’s footsteps. McDermid Financial Group blends deep local roots with forward-thinking financial strategies. Guided by the firm’s values of Caring, Community, and Service, Geoff carries that tradition forward by creating meaningful connections with clients and their families, one conversation at a time.

Geoff is married to his wife Serena, and they have two children, son Matthew, daughter Candace and one grandchild.
