Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including handling client communications and managing incoming calls.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-moving work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Accounting experience or familiarity with financial record-keeping is a plus.
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus but not required.
