We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who is energized by connecting with people, building community partnerships, and helping high-quality candidates discover a career in financial advising.
The ideal recruiter is proactive, personable, organized, and strategic, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and can consistently build strong talent pipelines by leveraging technology, networking, and advisor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, resume platforms, networking groups, and community organizations.
- Build strong relationships with local universities, professional associations, and young-professional groups.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of active and passive candidates while delivering a personalized, high-touch candidate experience.
Candidate Engagement & Interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens and all first-round interviews.
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure a professional and positive candidate journey.
Recruiting Events & Local Market Presence
- Attend networking events, university activities, and career fairs.
- Represent the firm as a community-focused organization and strengthen local brand visibility.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for effectively engaging candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms
- Exceptional research skills for lead generation and market analysis.
- Experience building long-term talent pipelines and partnerships with universities or industry networks.
- Familiarity with social media management for employer branding and candidate outreach campaigns.
