Help Desk Admin Support

Vision Financial Group is a growing financial firm. The firm is hiring a Help Desk Admin Support who is motivated and will provide outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly energetic, organized and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The candidate must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, be able to think ahead to anticipate needs, be highly detail oriented with diligent follow up and follow through, be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage day-to-day activities as well as special projects.

In addition to the qualifications listed above, the candidate must have the following credentials:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently
  • Communication and personality are a must

Responsibilities: Desktop/Helpdesk Support

  • Act as the contact for issues and updates relating to technology * Manage and update the Firms ticketing system
  • Administer on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Provide technical support for agents and firm staff

Responsibilities: Administration

  • Facilitate new hire requests with the home office
  • Update and monitor system access
  • Update and manage printer features and printing access
  • Update and maintain firm computer/encryption log

Skills:

  • Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm * Suggest better processes; proactively develop skills and knowledge
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Can balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
  • Responds positively to change and new challenges

Technology Competencies:

  • Office 365
  • Windows 10/11
  • MacOS X
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience
